the Negative Emotion

Disappointed when one has very few friends

Frustrated when your "friends" always criticise you

What you CAN DO

1) Be less conservative and open up yourself more to your friends.

Be more active when interacting with your classmates.

Get yourself involved in more class-bonding activities.

Be yourself and speak out your mind.

Your classmates will then see you as friendly and are more willing to make friends with you.

2) Learn about the topics that interest your classmates.

This is so that you have things to talk about.

Interaction is always good for your friendship with classmates.

It will not be awkward if you have things to talk about with your friends.

3) Seek advice on from teachers or parents.

Ask them for help on how to manage healthy relationships with friends.

WIth years of experience, they are able to provide you with helpful suggestions on how to manage your friendship.
