the Negative Emotion

Disappointed when one does not learn anything in class

Disappointed when your test results fail your expectations

Frustrated when teacher constantly reprimands you because you were not paying attention in class

What you CAN DO

1) Develop a passion and liking for the subject.

You will be more willing to listen during lessons of this particular subject.

You will then have more focus on learning.

Even though a subject may be tedious, but at the end of the day you have to meet the passing requirements to promote.

Work hard now and don't regret later. You can drop the subject when you are in JC

2) Keep yourself awake in class.

Ensure that you have sufficient sleep the previous day.

There is no point to stay up late to rush your work.

You will not feel tired and can pay attention in school the next day.

This is crucial since you could pay attention in class, allowing you to absorb the information the teachers teach, rather than sleep and miss out the lessons

4. Focus
