What you CAN DO

 

1) Learn to be independent and minimise reliance on your friends.

You can do this by starting to do basic things such as homework on your own.

As time goes on, you will be able to be less dependent on your friends.

 

2) Change your mindset that you are a “burden” to your friends.

Such a mindset will affect your mood and you may experience stress due to this. 

t is important to change your mindset as it will help you to become more positive in life.

And it also contributes to your path on becoming more independent.
