Constantly distracted in class due to the use of mobile phone

 

Possible CAUSES

1. Short attention span in class

2. Addiction to messaging, games or social media

3. Lack of self-discipline to resist the urge to use your mobile phone during lessons.

4. When your teachers allow you to use your mobile phone for research, you use it to engage in games.

 

As a RESULT

> Unable to focus during lessons

What you CAN DO

 

1) Control yourself and resist your temptation to use your mobile phone in class.

You can switch off your mobile phone or place it in your bag instead of under your table or in your pocket.

This will prevent yourself from engaging in phone activities during lessons

 

2) Learn from your mistakes, and do not commit the act again.

Always choose the right choice and do not use your mobile phone during lessons without permission. 

In this way, you will be able to pay more attention in class.

If you need to use your mobile phone for any urgent reasons, ask the teacher for permission.
