the Negative Emotion

Disappointed when you are not selected to represent the school in competitions

Frustrated when you are constantly not selected to represent the school in competitions

What you CAN DO

1) Develop a passion for your CCA.

You will enjoy your CCA more if you develop an interest for it.

You will then be more willing to spend more time in your CCA and improve your skills.

2) Be willing to commit more time in your CCA.

Practice makes perfect, thus practice is important.

Ensure you have adequate time to train to improve your skills, so that you are able to meet the CCA’s expectations of you.

3) Seek help from your friends/teachers.

Your friends and teachers are able to give you suggestions and advice on how to perform better in your CCA.

Your teachers, especially, will help and teach you, so that you can improve your ability in your CCA.

4) Do not be too upset if you are not selected to represent the school in competitions.

Be more positive and learn to accept it.

Look at it as a lesson and continue your CCA journey.

Improve on yourself so that you can represent the school in competitions next time.
